Marlboro's second Restaurant Week started today. It runs Sunday, October 11, through Sunday, October 18, and the roster is clearly bigger. The Asbury Park Press counts 23 participating restaurants this year, up from 16 in the 2025 debut. The township's own Restaurant Week page lists 24, because it includes Mango Mango House of Dessert.
The sit-down part of the week did not grow. Ten restaurants are offering a multi-course prix fixe this year. Nine of them were in last year's event. Every newcomer except one is a counter-service, pizza, or takeout spot. Because most prix fixe menus skip Friday night, Saturday night, or both, a three-course Restaurant Week dinner is mostly something you book from Sunday through Thursday.
Where the new names came from
The township's archived 2025 page lists 16 restaurants for the October 5 to 12, 2025 event. Comparing that list with this year's roster gives three groups.
- Back from 2025 (11): Amorina Ristorante Italiano, Aunt Butchie's of Brooklyn, Cuzin's Seafood & Clam Bar, Istanbul Bay Premium, Koy Grill, Meli's Thin & Crispy Pizza Co., Nonna's Cucina, Osteria Cucina Rustica, Peppino's Brick Oven, SamVera, and Sette Wood Burning Bistro.
- New for 2026 (13): Better Gourmet Health Kitchen, Brooklyn Square Pizza, Burger Boys, Burger Bros, Di Santillo's Artisan Sandwiches, Dubai Chicken, La Cucina Nouveau, Mangal House, Mango Mango House of Dessert, Pizza & Pasta Factory, Red Tomato Urban Pizzeria, ROOST Nashville Hot Chicken, and Village Maria Pizzeria.
- On the 2025 list but not this year's: Over Easy Kitchen, Mizu Sushi and Asian Fusion, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings, Rosalita's Roadside Cantina, and Taco N' Lime Mexican Kitchen.
Nine of the 11 returning restaurants are running a prix fixe, priced from $29.95 to $55 per person. Koy Grill and Meli's are the two exceptions. La Cucina Nouveau, at 167 US-9 with a Morganville mailing address, is the only one of the 13 newcomers with a prix fixe. It offers three courses for $49.95.
The other newcomers sell smash burger combos, tender combos, cheesesteaks, lunch specials, family dinner packages, and buy-one-get-one smoothies. Two of them only recently opened. A Monmouth County release dated September 3, 2026 recognized August 2026 grand openings in Marlboro for Dubai Chicken and for a restaurant the county calls Mangal Chicken. The township lists Dubai Chicken at 184 US-9 N and its Restaurant Week entrant MANGAL House at 184 US-9.
The newcomers are also clustered in a few spots:
- 455 and 460 CR-520: Brooklyn Square Pizza, Burger Bros, Di Santillo's, and Red Tomato.
- Ryan Plaza at 2 Ryan Road: ROOST and Pizza & Pasta Factory.
- 184 US-9: Dubai Chicken and Mangal House.
- 12 US-9: Better Gourmet and Mango Mango.
That makes it easy to hit several of the casual deals in one stop. The prix fixe restaurants are spread out along South Main Street, Route 9, Route 34, and Route 520.
The prix fixe calendar, restaurant by restaurant
The township page reminds diners that "participating restaurants, menus, offers, and dates vary," and tells them to check each restaurant's flyer. Here are the ten prix fixe menus with the days each one is listed as available:

| Sette Wood Burning Bistro | 130 South Main Street | $55 four-course dinner or 15% off new lunch menu | Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday lunch only |
Laid out by day, these schedules leave very different options from night to night.
Wednesday, October 14, and Thursday, October 15, are the only days when all ten prix fixe menus are on offer. Tuesday has nine, since Peppino's is closed.
Friday, October 16, has five prix fixe dinners: Amorina, Aunt Butchie's, Nonna's Cucina, Peppino's, and SamVera. Sette's Friday offer is lunch only. Istanbul Bay's runs until 3 p.m.
Saturday, October 17, has two prix fixe dinners: Amorina's $49 menu and Peppino's $50 four-course. Istanbul Bay Premium serves its menu until 3 p.m.
Monday, October 12, has five: Amorina, Cuzin's, Istanbul Bay, Osteria Cucina Rustica, and Sette.
The two Sundays each have six: Cuzin's, Istanbul Bay until 3 p.m., Osteria, Peppino's, SamVera from 1 p.m., and Sette. Amorina is closed on Sundays.
Two of the restaurants share an address. Cuzin's and Sette are both listed at 130 South Main Street, and both run their prix fixe dinners Sunday through Thursday.
In the Patch announcement, Mayor Jonathan Hornik told diners to "be sure to reserve your spots for brunch, lunch, and dinner." Given the schedules above, reservations will matter most at the two restaurants serving a prix fixe on Saturday night.
What the weekend offers instead
Friday and Saturday belong mostly to the newcomers, and most of their deals run every day of the event.
- ROOST Nashville Hot Chicken, 2 Ryan Rd.: $4.99 sliders, a $9.99 three-tender combo, or a $15.99 sandwich or wrap combo. Dine-in, takeout, or delivery, Sunday through Sunday.
- Burger Bros, 460 CR-520, Unit 11: $14.99 smash combo or $17.99 six-ounce combo, every day.
- Burger Boys, 128 S. Main St.: $12.79 smash burger combo with fries and a fountain drink. Open until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
- Di Santillo's Artisan Sandwiches, 455 CR 520 W: $15.99 half cheesesteak combo or $14.99 half sandwich combo, every day.
- Village Maria Pizzeria, 81 S. Main St.: $9.95 lunch special, 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily.
- Dubai Chicken: 10% off dine-in or takeout, every day.
- Mangal House: 10% off dine-in for parties of up to five, 2 to 10 p.m. daily.
- Meli's Thin & Crispy Pizza Co., 280 US Route 9 North: Feast of 2 for $59.99 or Family Feast for $74.99, dine-in only, every day. Meli's is a returning restaurant.
- Koy Grill, also listed at 280 US-9: 10% off dine-in, every day. Koy Grill is also returning.
The two family-dinner packages follow the same weeknight pattern as the prix fixe menus. Pizza & Pasta Factory's $69.95 Family Chicken Dinner and Red Tomato Urban Pizzeria's $74.95 Family Dinner Package are both listed for Sunday through Thursday, takeout and delivery only. Better Gourmet Health Kitchen's half-off chicken Caesar wrap and buy-one-get-one smoothie run Monday through Saturday and skip both Sundays. Brooklyn Square Pizza's offer is lunch only, every day.
The final Sunday is also Marlboro Day
Restaurant Week ends on Sunday, October 18, the same day as Marlboro Day. The festival runs from noon to 4 p.m. at the Recreation Center, 1996 Recreation Way, with vendors, food trucks, inflatables, a petting zoo, and free shuttles. The rain date is November 1. The township's October 9 Weekend Update has the latest event details.
The two calendars fit together. Marlboro Day ends at 4 p.m., and five Sunday prix fixe dinners are still available after that: Cuzin's, Osteria Cucina Rustica, Peppino's, SamVera until 9:30 p.m., and Sette until 10 p.m. Istanbul Bay Premium's Sunday menu ends at 3 p.m., so it would mean leaving the festival early. If it rains and Marlboro Day moves to November 1, Restaurant Week will already be over.
A few addresses outside the 07746 ZIP code
Several participants have Englishtown or Morganville mailing addresses. Aunt Butchie's, Nonna's Cucina, and Mangal House are listed with Englishtown 07726 addresses. La Cucina Nouveau and Mango Mango House of Dessert are listed in Morganville 07751. SamVera, on Route 520, is listed with an 08510 ZIP code. The township includes all of them as Restaurant Week participants. When you're working out drive times, check the street address, because the town name in a mailing address doesn't always match where the restaurant sits.
The event is organized by the Marlboro Economic Development Committee, chaired by Deputy Mayor Aleksandra "Sana" Simanovsky. She told Patch the town is "deeply grateful to the participating restaurants that make our town's food scene thrive." The township's interactive locator map links each restaurant's 2026 flyer. Restaurants set their own offers, so the flyer is the final word on prices and hours.
